I trained in Paris before securing my first role at Le Matignon on the Champs-Élysées. I then moved to London, where I worked at Morton’s Club in Mayfair and its sister restaurant, The Greenhouse, under Head Chef Antoine Bonnet, when it held a Michelin star. At 28, I opened my own award-winning restaurant, establishing myself as a chef with both classical training and entrepreneurial vision.

Today, I specialise in working with UHNWIs who demand the highest standards. These clients are well-travelled, discerning, and often require last-minute, bespoke dining. My strength lies in combining precision, creativity, and discretion to deliver exceptional cuisine across French, Mediterranean, and modern British influences, always meeting the expectations of the most refined palates.

I am a passionate and experienced Italian chef, specializing in
healthy, flavorful cuisine rooted in Mediterranean traditions.

With a deep respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients, I bring an
authentic and thoughtful approach to every dish I create.
